Terms and conditions herein below govern the use of Airburb.com ('the Company') services offered and available on the website Airburb.com. The User is advised to read carefully as it will affect the User's rights and liabilities under the law.

Airburb reserves the right to remove any property listings that it deems in violation of the above, at its sole discretion.

USER’s

The User must be either an Property buyer, Property owner and/or Property Agent

'Property Owner' – Airburb is only permitted for individuals 18 years and older. Individuals under 18 is only permitted to use Airburb.com under the consent of their parents. A property owner only advertise their own property and not other property that does not below to them. Should an individual wish to advertise a property that belong in their family, a consent is required from the property owner within the family. The user is strictly advise not to register as a property owner and advertise properties that is not owned by the user.

'Property Buyer' – Airburb is only permitted for individuals 18 years and older. Individuals under 18 is only permitted to use Airburb.com under the consent of their parents. A property buyer does not have the right to repost any property listing on Airburb on other online or offline platform. A property buyer does not have the right to collect data from Airburb.com. Property buyer does not have the right to hold Airburb Sdn Bhd accountable for any fraudulent incident that may arise outside the site (Airburb.com)

'Property Agent' – A property agent is required to have a valid permit to act as a real estate agent. A property agent is required to be employed under a real estate company. A property agent is not permitted to advertise any property without the consent of the property owner.

USER’S CONDITIONS TO FOLLOW

The User is personally responsible to do their due diligence before engaging with another user. User’s are required to ensure all details are accurate.

User’s cannot hold Airburb responsible for any actions or outcome that may arise from any transaction, discussion, meeting or appointment held with other user’s.

User’s are not permitted to perform any illegal activities under any applicable law, statute, ordinance or regulation.

User’s are not permitted to be involved in the sale of counterfeit or stolen properties.

PROPERTY AGENTS CONDITIONS TO FOLLOW

Property Agents should only list properties with the consent of the property owner.

PROPERTY OWNERS CONDITIONS TO FOLLOW

Property Owners should only list properties that the property owner owns. Property owner is not allowed to list a property that does not belong to the property owner.

PROPERTY BUYERS CONDITIONS TO FOLLOW

Property Buyers are solely responsible to perform due diligence in verifying that property agents listed on Airburb are true and not an individual posing as an agent.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Photographs submitted in listings with (the "Watermark) shall not at any time be removed, altered or tampered with.

Airburb deserve the right to delete listings that violate the terms . Legal actions will be taken for any violation.

PRIVACY

Airburb.com collects information about its Users ('User Information') during the listing process, where Users are required to create an account before posting their property listings on the Site.

Airburb uses the information to help improve users experience in using the website.

Should the user not agree to the information collected, the user may refrain from using the website.
